Dear moon, sweet dawn star, take me to yourself! May my body get strong, and resistant/durable. My first yogavideo! Minu esimene joogavideo:)

I  have been dreaming  about my yoga video for a long time- I had so many clips in my head, First thought was to make video on the beach during the sunset, then I was amazed by the Estonian foggy fields in the summer evenings or I was thinking about mysterious wild forest near to my summer cottage.
On a beautiful morning in July,  we went to the Viru bog with my friends and I was stunned by all the beauty of Estonian nature: colours, purity and the mysterious sound of silence. Whereas the Viru bog is a bit far away from my home, we decided to go to Hüpassaare where my family is from and where my summer-cottage is located.  It was the  right place-  pure, bit mysterious and silent. Perfect place for my moon flow:)
We used camera of my phone and my sister helped me out. So not very fine quality, but  who cares,  I love it anyway!

Ma unistasin oma joogavideost juba pikemat aega. Oli erinevaid mõtteid ja kontseptsioone.
